Guacamole (Avocado dip) |
Use this recipe by itself or as part of another dip for chips or vegetables, or spread on a sandwich or toast. Avocado is rather high in good fat, the kind that may help lower your cholesterol, and is so tasty. Vegan! |
Ingredients: (approximate amounts) |
Method: Cut the avocado around the pit and twist gently to seperate. Scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork.
Add all other ingredients except the salt and mix well. Taste and add salt if necessary. |
