Super Popcorn |
This recipe calls for Nutritional Yeast and Tamari. Nutritional Yeast is full of B vitamins and other vitamins and protein. Some say it tastes a bit like cheese. You should be able to get both it and Tamari at health food stores. You can substitute good quality soy sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos for the Tamari. |
Ingredients: (approximate amounts) 1/4-2/3 cups unpopped popcorn |
Method: Pop the popcorn. While this is happening, melt the butter and mix in
the oil if using. |
