Pesto | This isn't the most traditional pesto in the world - I made it when I was missing half the ingredients and it turned out amazingly well. It is mind boggling when served with pasta - if you've never tried it, I highly recommend it. Also good on vegetables. This recipe requires a blender. |
Ingredients: (approximate amounts) 1/2 cup fresh basil |
Method: Grind the almonds dry in the blender until very fine. |
