Fudgy Cookies |
This recipe was first made when we were about to go on an adventure and wanted something to keep our energy up. It worked quite well. When I make this recipe I only make half, which is the perfect amount for 2 people, and the perfect amount for cooking in my toaster oven, since I don't have a regular oven! Apparantly this is Marilee's favourite cookie recipe - thanks Marilee! |
Ingredients: (approximate amounts) |
Method: Preheat oven to 350° F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix flour, carob powder, baking powder and salt in a seperate bowl. Add to wet ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips and nuts and mix again. Spoon onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. |
