Chinese Fried Rice |
This recipe is really quick to make, and actually quite good. More filling if you use the tofu, but that is very optional. I doubt this is very authentic, (as if western chinese food is very authentic anyway!) but it is tasty. I tend to add kelp to things, because I use a miniral salt that is non iodised and kelp is very high in iodine. |
Ingredients: (approximate amounts) 1 cup cooked white rice |
Method: Wash, peel if you want, and dice the carrot. Grate the tofu if using. |
