|Tomato Sauce #1 (Basil)||This sauce is excellent on pasta. Good with grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese. Vegan!|
Ingredients: (approximate amounts)
14oz can tomato sauce (organic if possible)
Chop vegetables. In the bottom of a sauce pan, heat up the oil and add
onion, celery, basil, and thyme. Fry over low heat until onion starts
to look translucent.
