(Avocado dip)
Use this recipe by itself or as part of another dip for chips or vegetables, or spread on a sandwich or toast. Avocado is rather high in good fat, the kind that may help lower your cholesterol, and is so tasty. Vegan!

Ingredients: (approximate amounts)

1 avocado
1 small tomato (optional)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos (optional)
Salt, to taste
Dash of cayenne


Cut the avocado around the pit and twist gently to seperate. Scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork. Add all other ingredients except the salt and mix well. Taste and add salt if necessary.

Serves 2-4. This recipe is easily doubled.
