Grilled
White Fish
This is a super tasty way of serving fish, and is so easy. Good with potatoes or rice, and a salad.

Ingredients: (approximate amounts)

1 150gm (1/3 lb) fillet of Halibut or Red Snapper per person being served
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
Cumin (optional)
Paprika
Salt
Black Pepper

Method:

Preheat your oven to 400° F.

Clean your hands well. Pour a little olive oil on 1 fillet, then using your hands, spread the oil over both sides, using more oil if necessairy.

Place on a broiling tray. Sprinkle each fillet with a little salt and pepper, then 1/2 tsp curry powder and a pinch of cumin and paprika. Bake for 10 minutes, then broil for 5, taking care that you do not overcook or burn the fish.

Serves as many as you like!
