Grilled Salmon This recipe is perfect with baby new potatoes, boiled or steamed, with butter - and a salad.

Ingredients: (approximate amounts)

1 400g salmon fillet or 2 small salmon steaks
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp dill
oil

Method:

Heat butter until just melted then take off the heat. Add worchestershire, lemon juice and dill and mix well. Drop salmon in and mix around until all sides are covered well, or use a basting brush and cover salmon. Pour any leftover on the salmon and spread around.

Grease a broiling tray with the oil, and place salmon upon it, skin side down if using fillet. Bake for 10 minutes at 450° F, then broil for 5 minutes, taking care that it doesn't get burned or overcooked.

Serves 2.
