Fried Tofu
Many people may not like tofu, but this recipe is a good one to start out on. If you like tofu, as I do, then this is a very easy and quick way of making it. You may find the ingredients strange, but you should be able to find them all in a health food store. Vegan

Ingredients: (approximate amounts)

1 package extra firm tofu
1-2 Tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos or Tamari
1-2 Tbsp oil, extra virgin olive is good
1-2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Dash of cayenne

Method:

Cut the tofu into whatever shapes you want - slices, sticks, cubes, whatever.

Heat up a frying pan. Pour in the liquid aminos or tamari and put in the tofu. Stir around quickly and constantly until all the liquid has been absorbed.

Add oil and stir. Fry until all sides are crispy.

Add cayenne and nutritional yeast. Stir quickly and take off the heat.

Serves 2-3.
